Ready State
Perform
under pressure.
Chronic stress is costing your organisation more than you think. Not just in sick days and burnout, in the quality of every decision made under pressure. Few leadership teams are trained to regulate through it.
Designed for the working week, not a retreat schedule.

The premise
"People have to feel safe before they can shift."
The frame
Window of Tolerance
Every person has a physiological zone in which they can think, feel, and respond clearly. Above it sits hyperarousal, anxiety and reactivity. Below it sits hypoarousal, shutdown and disconnection. Sustained pressure narrows the window over time.
This session teaches teams to recognise where they are, and to return to the window on demand. That is the work.
More on the approach →How it works
A three-part arc, in a single session.
Perform Under Pressure gives teams practical, evidence-based tools to shift their physiological state on demand.
01
Understand the signal
The science of why your body responds the way it does under pressure, and why willpower alone doesn't fix it.
02
Interrupt the pattern
Breath mechanics and somatic tools that work in real time. In a meeting, before a presentation, between calls.
03
Reset and return
Tools each participant leaves with. Tested, embodied, and immediately usable.

The session, Ready State
An evidence-based, interactive session for teams operating under sustained pressure.
Participants learn to recognise their own stress signatures, apply targeted breathwork techniques, and leave with tools they can use immediately. Built on Polyvagal Theory and psychological safety principles.
Where facilities allow, sessions can incorporate cold water immersion as a contrast therapy tool. One of the most immediate and powerful ways to shift the autonomic nervous system.

What teams leave with
Three things, in the body.
01
A reset
A felt shift in physiological state, not just knowledge about it.
02
A toolkit
Practical regulation tools usable from day one, in any context.
03
A language
Shared vocabulary for stress, pressure, and nervous system states across the team.
Facilitator
Suki Bains
Nervous System Trainer
Suki has lived at the intersection of high-performance culture and human potential. Working in high-pressure sales at LinkedIn and Peloton and teaching movement and breathwork, she has been in the rooms where pressure is highest, and seen what it does to people over time.
She holds a NEBOSH certificate in managing workplace stress. Her long-term mission is systemic: changing the environments that cause chronic stress, not just the people living in them.
